Cancellation Policy
Before a quote is accepted
Inquiry and booking-request forms create no charge. You may ignore or withdraw a request at any time before accepting a written quote.
After you accept a quote
Cancellation terms depend on the suppliers in your itinerary (hotels, transport, venues). Your confirmation email will state deposit amounts and deadline tiers. We pass through supplier penalties when they apply.
Changes
Date or name changes may be possible subject to availability and fees. Ask your TripCovered coordinator as early as you can.
No-shows
Unused services on the travel date are generally non-refundable once supplier cut-offs have passed.
